Nuestra querida madre, Norma Angélica Silva de Santana, nació el 21 de abril de 1971, hija de José Juan Silva Pérez y Margarita Aguilar Gómez. Creció en Cuernavaca, Morelos, México, donde pasó su infancia y juventud, rodeada de su familia, sus raíces y la cultura que siempre formaría parte de ella.

A una edad joven, Norma llegó a los Estados Unidos y comenzó un nuevo capítulo en su vida. Más adelante conoció al padre de sus hijas y juntos recibieron a sus dos amadas hijas, Stephanie Santana y Nathalie Santana.

Norma tenía una personalidad cálida, alegre y acogedora. Era el tipo de persona que podía conocer a alguien por primera vez y hacerlo sentir cómodo casi de inmediato. Era muy amigable, le encantaba conversar con las personas y tenía una manera muy especial de hacer amistades rápidamente. Podía convertir a un desconocido en un amigo y hacer sentir a las personas como si se conocieran desde hacía muchos años. Su corazón abierto y su bondad genuina dejaron huella en muchas de las personas que tuvieron la bendición de conocerla.

Ser madre fue una de las mayores bendiciones de la vida de Norma. Sus hijas fueron una parte muy especial de su corazón. Las vio crecer, convertirse en mujeres y formar sus propias familias. Tuvo la bendición de convertirse en abuela de Caroline, Elliana e Itzel, quienes le brindaron un amor muy especial y hermoso.

Norma también tuvo la bendición de tener a Luis Fierro, su yerno, como parte de su familia. El amor y el vínculo que compartió con sus hijas, su yerno y sus nietas fueron una parte muy importante de su vida. Fue profundamente amada por su familia, y el amor que ellos sentían por ella nunca desaparecerá.

Durante los últimos nueve años de su vida, Norma compartió una relación llena de amor con Pedro Delgado. Pedro quiso profundamente a Norma y permaneció a su lado durante las diferentes etapas de sus vidas juntos. La cuidó con amor, paciencia, cariño y dedicación. Los nueve años que compartieron estuvieron llenos de recuerdos, compañía y amor, y siempre serán una parte importante de la historia de su vida. Su familia siempre estará agradecida por todo el amor y cuidado que Pedro le brindó.

Sobre todo, Norma tenía una gran fe en Dios. Su fe fue una fuente de fortaleza, consuelo y esperanza durante toda su vida. Ella creía que Dios siempre estaba con ella, incluso cuando la vida se volvía difícil. Confiaba en que Dios tenía un propósito para su vida y se aferró a su fe durante los momentos de incertidumbre y dificultad.

Ahora que su familia se despide de ella, encuentran consuelo en saber que Dios ha recibido a Norma en Su hogar. Creemos que ya no está sufriendo y que ahora descansa en paz en la presencia del Señor. Nos aferramos a la promesa de que la muerte no es el final, sino una separación temporal, y que algún día volveremos a encontrarnos con ella en el Cielo.

Norma fue profundamente amada por su familia. Sus hijas la amaron con todo su corazón. Sus nietas le dieron una alegría inmensa, y su yerno siempre agradeció tenerla como parte de su familia. Todo el amor que rodeó a Norma durante su vida dejó recuerdos que serán atesorados para siempre.

Sus hijas, Stephanie y Nathalie, llevarán el amor de su madre en sus corazones por el resto de sus vidas. Sus nietas, Caroline, Elliana e Itzel, siempre tendrán un lugar especial en sus corazones para la abuela que tanto amaron. Y todas las personas que tuvieron la bendición de conocer a Norma llevarán consigo un pedacito de su recuerdo.

Aunque nuestros corazones están destrozados y deseamos haber tenido más tiempo con ella, elegimos celebrar la hermosa vida que Dios le regaló. Estamos agradecidos por cada abrazo, cada conversación, cada risa, cada amistad, cada recuerdo y cada momento que Dios nos permitió compartir con ella.

Seguiremos diciendo su nombre, contando sus historias, atesorando sus recuerdos y manteniendo vivo su amor dentro de nuestra familia.

Que Dios te sostenga en Sus brazos amorosos, te dé paz eterna y te reciba en Su hogar.

Our beloved mother, Norma Angélica Silva de Santana, was born on April 21, 1971, to José Juan Silva Pérez and Margarita Aguilar Gómez. She grew up in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, where she spent her childhood and youth surrounded by her family, her roots, and the culture that would always remain a part of who she was.

At a young age, Norma came to the United States and began a new chapter in her life. Later, she met the father of her daughters, and together they welcomed their two beloved daughters, Stephanie Santana and Nathalie Santana.

Norma had a warm, joyful, and welcoming personality. She was the kind of person who could meet someone for the first time and make them feel comfortable almost immediately. She was very friendly, loved talking with people, and had a special way of making friends quickly. She could turn a stranger into a friend and make people feel as though they had known each other for many years. Her open heart and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on so many people who were blessed to know her.

Being a mother was one of the greatest blessings of Norma’s life. Her daughters held a very special place in her heart. She watched them grow, become women, and start families of their own. She was blessed to become a grandmother to Caroline, Elliana, and Itzel, who brought her a very special and beautiful kind of love.

Norma was also blessed to have Luis Fierro, her son-in-law, as part of her family. The love and bond she shared with her daughters, her son-in-law, and her granddaughters were a very important part of her life. She was deeply loved by her family, and the love they had for her will never disappear.

For the last nine years of her life, Norma shared a loving relationship with Pedro Delgado. Pedro loved Norma deeply and remained by her side throughout the different stages of their lives together. He cared for her with love, patience, affection, and devotion. The nine years they shared were filled with memories, companionship, and love, and they will always remain an important part of her life story. Her family will always be grateful for all the love and care Pedro gave her.

Above all, Norma had a strong faith in God. Her faith was a source of strength, comfort, and hope throughout her life. She believed that God was always with her, even when life became difficult. She trusted that God had a purpose for her life and held firmly to her faith during times of uncertainty and hardship.

Now that her family says goodbye to her, they find comfort in knowing that God has welcomed Norma into His home. We believe that she is no longer suffering and that she now rests peacefully in the presence of the Lord. We hold on to the promise that death is not the end, but only a temporary separation, and that one day we will be reunited with her in Heaven.

Norma was deeply loved by her family. Her daughters loved her with all their hearts. Her granddaughters brought her immense joy, and her son-in-law was always grateful to have her as part of his family. All the love that surrounded Norma throughout her life created memories that will be cherished forever.

Her daughters, Stephanie and Nathalie, will carry their mother’s love in their hearts for the rest of their lives. Her granddaughters, Caroline, Elliana, and Itzel, will always have a special place in their hearts for the grandmother they loved so dearly. And everyone who was blessed to know Norma will carry a piece of her memory with them.

Although our hearts are broken and we wish we could have had more time with her, we choose to celebrate the beautiful life God gave her. We are grateful for every hug, every conversation, every laugh, every friendship, every memory, and every moment that God allowed us to share with her.

We will continue to say her name, tell her stories, cherish her memories, and keep her love alive within our family.
