A devoted husband, and friend, Phil will be remembered for his kind heart, quick wit, and infectious laugh and jokes . Burial services will be held on November 17th from 10-12 am at McArthur Funeral Home, 160 W 700 S, St. George, Utah 84770, followed by burial at Tonaquint Cemetery.
