Terry Brent Cluff, 84, passed away peacefully at home, on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Terry was born on January 20, 1942, in Provo, Utah. As a child, Terry moved to Boise, Idaho where he had an adventurous childhood on his family's farm. He loved moving irrigation pipe and had the job of milking the cows each day after school. These jobs instilled in him an extraordinarily strong work ethic that served him well his entire life. His family later returned to Salt Lake City where he graduated from Granite High School. Go Farmers! He joined the National Guard while in High School, and spoke fondly of his time in this Service.

Terry served a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Eastern States Mission before attending Brigham Young University. He remained a dedicated fan of the BYU Football and Basketball teams. Go Cougars!

While attending BYU, Terry met his Sweetheart, Jacqueline Ann Tadje. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 30, 1966, and spent 60 beautiful years together. Terry loved to dote on his sweet "Annabelle" which brought his children endless joy. Terry and Ann especially loved traveling around the world. Two of Terry's favorite adventures were visiting Machu Picchu in Peru, and traveling to Antarctica.

Terry loved the gospel of Jesus Christ. He served faithfully in many callings including Bishop of the St. George 17th Ward. He loved this calling and the many wonderful people he served.

Family was most important to Terry and Ann. They dedicated time to build strong relationships with their kids, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Elmo Cluff Jr. and Norma Terry, and his brother, Michael Charles Cluff.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Ann Tadje; his children, Stephen (Karma) Cluff, Christopher (Savannah) Cluff, Adam (Melanie) Cluff, Tara (Darrin) Cutler; and his 15 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at the Tonaquint Cemetery for family on Saturday, November 7th, followed by a Celebration of Life from 11:30-1:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 200 W. 500 N., St. George, Utah. We invite all to come and share your stories, your smiles, and your memories as we honor Terry together.
