Valena (Val) Rae Beutler (Wright) age 75, passed away peacefully April 6, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, devotion, and cherished memories.
Valena was born on February 14, 1951, in Los Angeles, California to James & Pauline Wright. She married the love of her life, her high school sweetheart, Gary, on June 7, 1969, and together they shared 45 years of marriage until his passing in 2014. Their enduring love remained close to her heart always, and she is now reunited with him in spirit.
Valena was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker whose greatest joy came from caring for her family and creating a warm and welcoming home. She is lovingly remembered by her two sons, Ken and Kris; her three grandchildren, Timothy, Hailey, and Abigayle; and her three great-grandchildren, Ava, Kimberly, and Declan, all of whom brought her immense pride, Joy and happiness.
Valena was preceded in death by her parents, Pauline and James Wright; her beloved husband, Gary; and her grandson, Kolton.
She had a deep love for the simple beauties of life. Valena found joy in sewing, watching birds, tending to her roses, traveling across the country in her motor coach and spending time in her garden. She adored animals, especially dogs and horses, and her faithful 4 legged companion, Benji, who was never far from her side. She also thoroughly enjoyed shopping , drinking her coffee and the little outings that made life so special. It was such a joy having Val around. She was a wonderful grandma, daughter, sister, mother and wife.
Valena will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her nurturing heart, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the lives of all who knew and loved her.
